ARBITRATION

Arbitration Fees: No administrative fee.
Full day (9:00 am – 4:00 pm) $3200 per day / $1600 per party. if more than two separately represented parties add $400 per party.
All parties will share the cost equally unless otherwise agreed in writing. Attorneys are responsible for payment and must handle billing to their clients.

Payment of Fees: To confirm the engagement: Payment of one day must be received not later than 14 days prior to date scheduled unless case is scheduled for more than one day. If more than one day, fees for the number of days scheduled are due 21 days prior to hearing. Preparation fees and post arbitration fees including time spent in deliberation and preparation of orders will be billed at $400 per hour (divided between the parties) and due 10 days from receipt of invoice. Fees due but unpaid by the due date will incur interest at the statutory rate. If arbitration takes less time than paid, a refund will be made at the conclusion of the case.

Cancellation or rescheduling: Cases scheduled for one day or less: If cancelled prior to 14 days of the arbitration, fees paid will be refunded in full. If cancelled prior to seven days, one-half of the fees will be refunded. If cancelled within seven days one-fourth of the fee will be refunded. If rescheduled prior to seven days in advance, fees paid will be carried forward to the new date. If rescheduled within seven days, a rescheduling fee of $500 will be charged to the party who requires a reschedule unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Cases scheduled for multiple days will be fully refunded if cancelled 21 days prior to the arbitration date. If cancelled prior to fourteen days, one-half of the fees will be refunded. If cancelled prior to seven days one-fourth of the fee will be refunded. If rescheduled prior to 21 days in advance, fees paid will be carried forward to the new date. If rescheduled within fourteen days, a rescheduling fee of $500 will be charged to the party who requires a reschedule unless otherwise agreed by the parties.



MEDIATION

Mediation Fees: No administrative fee.
Two Parties: Full Day Mediation (9:00 am to 4:00 pm) $3200/ $1600 PER PARTY.
(Includes one hour preparation. If materials are voluminous or parties request additional preparation time it will be billed at $350 per hour)
For each additional separately represented party add $400 per day.

Fees due but unpaid by the due date will incur interest at the statutory rate. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, all cases are set for a full day and all parties should come prepared to spend a day.
